Things Are Stirring This Fall!

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

Hello, Everyone!

Quite a few things are going on here at Ancient Arts Wellness:

~ Janice’s new column on living with the seasons is up on the Charmed Magazine’s website.

~ We had a lovely opening for our new artist, Carrie Gebhard, on Friday, September 25th. If you haven’t seen her photography, by all means stop by! All pieces are on sale and all the money goes to the artist. We showcase a new artist every 2-3 months. So, check here for the next opening event and join us for a dose of beauty and good conversation.

~ Coming up this Friday, October 2nd, is our monthly First Friday Meditation with Cole Strode from the Vikatadamshtri Buddhist Center. It’s a very inviting and calming way to slide into the weekend. Appropriate for all experience levels. Suggested donation: $8

~ This Saturday morning, October 3rd, The Diabetes Walk will take place around the Inner Harbor. The Ancient Arts Wellness team has raised $600 toward our $1000 goal.  There’s still time to donate and / or join the team. To do one or both, click here.

More events & news will be coming up as we head into the holiday season.

Until then, we hope all is well with you.

Janice Campbell, Tom Ingegno, & all of the other AAW practitioners.
